Honor Bands

Honor Bands(2009-2010)
Audition materials will be available in the main office during the summer.

1) All-Northwest Honor Band. Bi-Annual event consider to be one of the most celebrated Honor Bands to attend. Application and Audition is due by the end of Sept. on odd(e.g. 2011) school years. 
2) All-State Honor Band. This year Oregon Music Educators Association has decided to open the traditionally small schools focused event to large schools as well. Application and Audition is due by the end of Sept. annualy,
3) Western International Band Clinic Honor Band
Fri.-Mon.,  the weekend before Thanksgiving.Students looking to get a head start on auditions for the 2008 Honor Band are encouraged to go to the bandworld.org site and download the WIBC audition or they may us the All-State Honor Band audition available from Mr. Betts. Application and Audition is due by the end of Sept.
4) Portland State Univ. Honor Band
This is a local less expensive alternative to WIBC. Fri.-Sat. the weekend before Thanksgiving. Application is due by the end of Sept.
