Culinary Club meets every Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 in the main kitchen at Schellenberg campus. This student leadership organization is affiliated with SkillsUSA. Students train for competition and do catering events to raise money for the club. Club is open to all students even if they are not in culinary arts. New Club members will be required to go through an orientation in kitchen and knife safety, and poses or obtain an Oregon Food Handlers Card at their expense.
