please complete and return this form (with all requested attachments) to your SSC instructor by 3:30 PM, Tuesday 4/30/2013. 

2013 SSC Scholarship Application

 In Addition, SSC also jointly awards three Clackamas Community College Scholarships:

  • High School Opportunity Scholarship (Up to $2000 in tuition for the upcoming academic year at Clackamas Community College)
  • High School Honors Scholarship (Up to $2000 in tuition for the upcoming academic year at Clackamas Community College)
  • High School Academic incentive Scholarship (One term full tuition at Clackamas Community College)

To be considered for any of these scholarships, please complete your CCC application online  by Tuesday, 4/30/2013.
