Extended Application

• An Oregon Department of Education graduation requirement for ALL high school students
• Extended application is the application of knowledge and skills in the context of the student's personal, career and high school goals. Students use knowledge and skills to solve problems, create products, and make presentations in new and complex situations.

• Objective: What are NCSD studens going to do when they graduate from high school?
• Vision: Graduating students will move on to further learning, to reach a level of employment that will provide them with a living wage job and opportunities for career advancement.
• Outcome: Every student has a researched post-high school plan with supporting docuents to help him/her reach desired and projected goals.
