2012-2013 School Improvement Goals:

Reading: 

1) Critical Thinking: In the spring of 2013, 90% of students at View Acres in grades 3-5 will meet or exceed in the ‘informational text’ & ‘read to perform a task’ strands of the OAKS Reading assessment.

 

 

 2)Fluency:  By the spring of 2013, View Acres will show at least a 15% growth in the number of students achieving instructional ‘benchmark status’ as measured by the DIBELS assessment beginning in the Fall of 2012. 

 
Essential Skills:
 
1) Students at View Acres, K-5, will actively develop productive habits of personal management and teamwork skills by using technology for communicating, and by engaging in community development projects.
