As a magnet school within the North Clackamas School District, NUHS has an enrollment process that is a bit different from other high schools. Students must apply to the school and students are enrolled on a first-come basis, as space permits.
If you live outside the North Clackamas School District, you will need to apply for an inter-district transfer. To apply for an inter-district transfer, you will need to contact the district office in the school district in which you live. Should your home school district approve the transfer, they will send it to North Clackamas for approval. Upon approval of both districts, a application will need to be submitted.
Once we have reached our maximum enrollment, new applicants will be placed on a wait list and will be contacted as spaces become available. We enroll students throughout the year, and we currently have space for this academic year and we are enrolling new students for the 2012-13 school year.
