NCSD Teaching and Learning Framework
The North Clackamas School District is currently designing and implementing a teaching and learning framework.  The purpose of this framework is to promote active engagement and deep thinking.

Active engagement is the observable evidence of a learner's critical thinking through intentional opportunities to write, read, speak and do in response to a specific learning target.
