English Language Development

The ESL program offers students who do not speak English as their first language the opportunity to improve their speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills. It also offers students additional assistance in the form of tutoring and study skill classes. Entrance into the ELL program and placement within the ELL program are done through the ELL department with the permission of parents. ELL courses may only be taken with the permission of the ELL teacher.
