  • Free Sports Physicals: Grades 7-12

    A sports physical is required to participate in interscholastic sports activities in grades 7-12. The sports physical must be completed before the first day of practice and is valid for two years. Wear a loose T-shirt and shorts. General OSAA forms will be provided; if specific school/club forms are required they must be presented at time of physical.   • Sunnyside Summer Office Hours

    Summer office hours are 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM. The office will be closed from June 26th through August 16th. The office will re-open August 19th at 8:30 AM.

  • Safety Town 2013

    Safety Town is a day camp for children going into kindergarten or first grade. Safety Town students focus on learning safety concepts. Community members and staff teach the students about fire safety, bike safety, poison safety, stranger danger, bus safety, pool safety, boat safety, animal safety, railroad safety, and electrical safety through presentations and art projects. There are three, two week sessions to choose from. Each session meets from 9:30-11:30am on week days only. Session 1: June 18-27 Session 2: July 1-3, 8-12 (not meeting on July 4th and 5th) Session 3: July 16-25
