Groundbreaking Ceremony

Please enjoy this video of the Adrienne C. Nelson High School Groundbreaking. This new HS will open fall 2021; NCSD is honored to add this school to its network of schools that affirm the identity, value, and contributions to all students and their families.

On November 8, 2016, voters passed Ballot Measure 3-487 allowing the District to address school overcrowding and prepare for future growth with additional facilities. With Clackamas High School at capacity and projected for continued growth, Rock Creek Middle School is being converted to the District’s fourth comprehensive high school. The construction groundbreaking for Adrienne C. Nelson High School occurred in late June 2019.
