About This Project

The capital construction bond will allow for an exciting modernization of this middle school. When completed, the project will result in two renovated classroom wings, new auditorium seating, and restrooms, along with a covered play area. Previously deferred capital projects will also be addressed, such as roofing and heating/cooling system repairs, new lighting, and multiple fire/life/safety upgrades.

Unfunded Maintenance - HVAC Upgrades, Interior/Exterior Painting, Exterior Siding Replacement, Roof Repairs, Pavement Repairs
Sports Facilities - Replace Stadium Field Turf, Resurface Track, Add Covered Play Area

See an aerial view of the construction progress at Alder Creek Middle School. The parking lot, stadium and F Hallway wing will be ready for students and staff by the start of school. The Electives "E" wing will remain under construction during the school year.
