North Clackamas School District (NCSD) is Oregon's sixth-largest school district and spans more than 40 square miles just southeast of Portland, OR. This page is designed to provide an overview of this dynamic school district, which serves the communities of Milwaukie, Oak Grove, Happy Valley, and other parts of Clackamas County.   • NCSD attributes the continual graduation rate gains to focusing on the whole child, offering robust, culturally-competent classroom options, being home to Oregon's largest Career Technical Education Center, and authentically affirming the identity of each child and family. ​
