The North Clackamas School District has placed a proposed $245 million Capital Construction Bond on the November 3 ballot. If passed, the measure would upgrade critical technology, cooling, and roofing systems at every district school—all without increasing your current tax rate.
If NCSD voters pass the Capital Construction bond in November, the Professional Development Center is slated to receive:

Updates To Heating, Ventilating And Cooling Systems - Maintaining a constant, comfortable learning temperature inside regardless of weather conditions outside

The Technology & Information Services Building is slated to receive:
