This Spring, North Clackamas School Board members will consider approving a $245-million capital construction bond package for placement on the ballot this November. The proposed bond will not increase your tax rate, and, if passed, would improve student learning environments at every district school by upgrading critical mechanical and safety systems, enhancing ventilation, heating and cooling, updating outdated technology, and modernizing roofing structures.

If NCSD voters pass the Capital Construction bond in November, the Professional Development Center is slated to receive:

Did you know North Clackamas School District is Oregon's fifth largest district, serving nearly 17,000 students across 32 schools and 40 square miles? Keeping those facilities safe, modern, and ready for learning is no small task, and we need your help.

We've put together this brief video that shares where we are, what our community's Bond Advisory Committee has recommended for critical infrastructure needs, and how YOU can weigh in before our School Board makes a final decision in June.

We want to hear your feedback on NCSD's facility needs!
Your input directly shapes the proposal our Board will consider for the November 2026 ballot. The more voices we hear (from students, staff, and neighbors), the better!
