Student, Staff and Family Safety With Regard to Immigration Status

North Clackamas Schools believes that everyone has the right to be safe, respected, and welcome in our schools.

  • North Clackamas Schools' policies are based on current state and federal law. No member of the NCSD team will be asked to interpret the law or provide legal guidance.
  • Student records will not be shared with immigration officials without a valid legal order.
  • Under long-standing federal law, all students have the right to public education, regardless of their own or their parents’ immigration status.
