Meeting Schedule & Location
When: Typically scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursday of every month.
Where: Meetings will be held in person in the district boardrooms at 12400 SE Freeman Way, Milwaukie, OR 97222.
Board Meetings are streamed live and recorded for later viewing. You can watch them directly on YouTube.
Agendas: Published on the Friday afternoon preceding a meeting on the meeting agendas page.
Public Comment Guidelines
July 9, 2026 Board Business Meeting
Community members are welcome to present comments to the Board either in person or virtually via Zoom. To participate, please note the following rules and requirements:
Sign-Up Deadline: You must complete the Community Comments to the Board form by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
Zoom Access: If you register to present virtually, the meeting link will be shared with you via email.
Speaker Restrictions: Only individuals who have signed up in advance will be permitted to speak. Public comment is a time for the Board to listen; it is not a time for active discussion or debate.
Time Limit: Presentations are limited to three minutes. Speakers must state their name, city of residence, and any group or organization they represent.
Prioritization: If the number of speakers exceeds the allotted time, the Board Chair reserves the authority to reduce individual presentation times or institute a prioritization process. Students always have first priority.
Policy Governance: All public comments are strictly subject to Board Policy BDDH: Public Comment at Board Meetings.
Accommodations will be made for those with disabilities. If you require an interpreter or other assistance, please contact Board Secretary Donna Collingwood. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
