School Board Meetings

School Board meetings are typically scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursday of every month. North Clackamas School Board meeting agendas are published on the Friday afternoon preceding a meeting. Board Business Meetings will be streamed live on YouTube and held in person in the district board rooms at 12400 SE Freeman Way, Milwaukie, OR  97222. 

December 12, 2024 Board Business Meeting:

Community members can present comments to the Board in person or via Zoom by filling out the form linked below by 1 p.m. the day of the meeting.  If you are presenting via Zoom, links to the Zoom meeting will then be shared via email.  Only those signed up to speak may be allowed to speak.  Accommodations may be made for those with disabilities. A speaker will give their name, city of residence, and the group, if any, that is represented and will limit their presentation to three minutes.  If there are more patrons desiring to present comments than time allotted, the Board Chair has the authority to reduce the presentation time for individual speakers or institute a prioritization process. All public comments are subject to Board Policy BDDH: Public Comment at Board Meetings.

Community Comments are scheduled for approximately 6:30 p.m.

Community members who wish to present their comments remotely but do not have a computer can use a phone to call into the Zoom meeting. To sign up to present comments by phone, please call the board secretary at 503-353-6002 by 1 p.m. the day of the meeting.
