Purchase Order Terms & Conditions
This Purchase Order constitutes a Contract representing an agreement between the parties. This Purchase Order includes the following terms and conditions and includes, but is not limited to, the invitation to bid, request for quotations, specifications, plans, and the North Clackamas School District Public Contracting Rules, which are hereby incorporated by reference. No waiver of, modification of, or change in the terms of this Contract shall bind either party unless in writing and signed by both parties.
