ALL ARE PROHIBITED ON NORTH CLACKAMAS SCHOOLS GROUNDS, FACILITIES & PROPERTIES

Firearms and other weapons are prohibited on these school grounds, unless specifically authorized by state or federal law. The affirmative defense described in ORS 166.370(3)(g) (concealed carry licenses) does not apply to the possession of firearms on these school grounds. See ORS 166.377 and Board Policy KD and KDA for additional information.

Tobacco, Alcohol, and Unlawful Drugs are also prohibited on these school grounds. See ORS 475.904 and Board Policies JFCH, JFCI, JFCG, KGC, GBK, and GBEC. District Policy information/lookup

Any person violating or threatening to violate the above rules will be referred to law enforcement and may be issued a trespass citation and/or removed from the premises.
