Property Loss and Vandalism Reporting:
Property Loss
Damage accidentally done to the building. Issues like pipes bursting, extensive mold damage, water leaks, someone opening a door too hard and punching a hole in the drywall by mistake, cars running into posts, etc.
Vandalism
Intentional damage done to buildings like graffiti, kids destroying signs/smoke detectors/classrooms, setting fire to things, breaking handles off sinks, cars doing donuts on the fields, etc.
What to do for these incidents:
Please submit a work order through Megamation/Direct Line AND also submit a Property Loss Form for Risk Management here:
SAFESCHOOLS INCIDENT REPORTING FORMS
(This is for Risk Management and must be done to document these incidents).
Graffiti:
For graffiti Risk Management will also want photo documentation and a Case Number from Non-Emergency as Graffiti should be reported.

Complete report within 24 hours of knowledge
