Special Education Stipend: $5,673
SPED Stipend available for Special Education Teacher (TLC, SLC, Resource Room), School Psychologist, Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).

Employee pays the 6% PERS retirement employee contribution as required by OAR 238a.
Stipends Based On Position Type and Qualifications:
- National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Certified: $ 2,500
- Highest Degree Level- PhD or EdD: $ 3,000
- Dual Language Immersion Teacher: $ 3,645 (equivalent to 6.20% of STEP B3)
- Special Ed Teacher, School Psychologist, Speech Language Pathologist (SLP): $ 5,673 (equivalent to 9.65% of STEP B3)
Example Placement:
If your highest degree earned is a Master's and you have 2 years of paid licensed experience, you would be placed at D5.
