Stipends Based On Position Type and Qualifications:

National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Certified: $ 2,500
Highest Degree Level- PhD or EdD: $ 3,000
Dual Language Immersion Teacher: $ 3,645 (equivalent to 6.20% of STEP B3)
Special Ed Teacher, School Psychologist, Speech Language Pathologist (SLP): $ 5,673 (equivalent to 9.65% of STEP B3)

Example Placement:

If your highest degree earned is a Master's and you have 2 years of paid licensed experience, you would be placed at D5.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

And
NORTH CLACKAMAS SCHOOL DISTRICT

The North Clackamas Education Association (NCEA) and the North Clackamas School District (NCSD) enter into this Memorandum of Understanding and agree as follows:

The 2024-2025 Salary Schedule will be increased by 1% to equal 5% COLA over the 2023-2024 Salary Schedule.
The 2023-2025 NCEA Collective Bargaining Agreement duration will be extended to June 30, 2026.
The 2025-2026 Salary Schedule will be increased by 5% over the 2024-2025 Salary Schedule per number 1 above.

TSPC and Board License Renewal Process

As a part of your professional responsibility, you are required to obtain and renew your license prior to the expiration date. If your license lapses then it could result in a required meeting and/or unpaid time off until it is issued. A license relevant to your position must be maintained.

**Please note that some NCSD staff may hold a TSPC and a State Board license.**

Administrators, School Counselors, School Psychologists, School Social Workers, and Teachers are licensed through TSPC.
Physical Therapists (PT), Registered Nurses (RN), Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLP-A), and Occupational Therapists (OT) are licensed by their respective state Boards. Please see below for links to the appropriate state board website.

TSPC may take up to 6 weeks to issue a license renewal, please keep this in mind when submitting a new application. TSPC is only available via email contact.tspc@tspc.oregon.gov.

Here are the steps to renew your TSPC License:

Click eLicensing link below to submit a renewal application.
Log into eLicensing with your username (not your email address). If you experience trouble logging in, email online.tspc@tspc.oregon.gov

After you have logged into your TSPC account:

3. Go to your Licenses tab.

4. There should be a "renew" button next to your current license. If there is, use that. If not, use the "Submit New Application" button. The result is the same either way.

TSPC applications are processed by the date they are received. Throughout the year, processing times vary depending on the number of applications received. You can check TSPC's current processing date.

Please continue to check your TSPC account weekly for messages. TSPC no longer sends emails if something is missing or submitted incorrectly. These messages now go directly to the messages tab in your TSPC account.

Oregon State Board License

Here are the steps to renew your Oregon State Board License:

Please be sure to follow the appropriate Oregon license agency’s instructions on how to renew your license.

2. After your license has been renewed, please send us an email: hrinfo@nclack.k12.or.us to let us know and our HR team will update our license/certificate tracking system with the new license information, once verified. Remember to include your first and last name in the email.

Artifact Support

Artifacts are “things” that document the work that teachers/administrators do “off stage” in preparation for and in reflection upon their work with students/educators. Artifacts should be a sample that demonstrates educator performance and impact. The number of artifacts to collect varies by educator. Artifacts can provide evidence of more than one standard. The artifacts menu lists options for each of the indicators in domains 1 & 4. This is not an exhaustive list or intended to limit educators to items contained in this list.
