The North Clackamas School District (NCSD) and the North Clackamas Education Association (NCEA), representing licensed educators in the school district, are meeting to establish a successor collective bargaining agreement.

These negotiations represent an important process to address working conditions, compensation, and other matters affecting the licensed educators.
