North Clackamas School District Partners with ESS to Manage Its Substitute Program
North Clackamas School District (NCSD) has partnered with ESS as our substitute provider effective November 13, 2023. ESS is now responsible for the hiring, training, and placement of Licensed and Classified substitutes. ESS is an experienced managed services organization that provides talented and qualified substitute professionals to K-12 school districts.
Red Rover will continue to be used as the Substitute Management System.
