First Generation Latinx College Readiness (Link coming soon) - Araceli Cruz - This workshop is designed for Latinx first-generation students & families seeking tools and knowledge to be successful in their college journey. Participants can expect a general overview of the admissions and financial aid process. We will use culturally relevant language, practices and customs to explain tools that will support their college goals.
How to Navigate Financial Aid as an Undocumented Student (Link coming soon) - Araceli Cruz - In this workshop, participants will learn about resources available to Oregon undocumented/DACAmented students pursuing higher education. Participants will learn about specific financial aid applications, available funding sources, private scholarships, and alternative financing options.
