HOW TO I ENROLL A STUDENT IN THE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM?
Fill out an application online or contact the Site Director for your school for assistance. A Boys & Girls Club staff member will contact you to let you know the date your student can begin attending the after school program, usually within one week. Space in the program is limited. When the program reaches capacity we will start a waitlist and contact you to let you know where your student is on the waitlist. We will fill open spots from the waitlist as available.
*Students must attend one of the following eligible NCSD schools: Lot Whitcomb, Oak Grove, Riverside, Seth Lewelling, Ardenwald Elementary Schools; Rowe and Alder Creek Middle Schools
WHAT DOES IT COST?
Thanks to a 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant, this program is free of charge to students, including meals and transportation.
WHAT ARE THE PROGRAM HOURS?
All programs run Monday-Friday with special Friday night programming at the Middle School sites.
Elementary School program hours are from 2:00pm-5:30pm
Alder Creek and Rowe Middle School program hours are M-F from 4:05-6:05pm and 6:05-8:05 on Friday nights.
IS THERE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?
Lot Whitcomb, Alder Creek and Rowe Students are able to take the After School Activity bus transportation home each day.
Students attending the Oak Grove Boys & Girls Club receive school bus transportation TO the club after school, but must be picked up from the club site by an authorized adult each day by 5:30pm.

WHAT ABOUT NON-SCHOOL DAYS, WINTER BREAK, AND SPRING BREAK & SUMMER?
The after school program operates in alignment with the school calendar and will not offer programs on days the school is closed for students. Spring Break programming varies by site. Summer programs are offered and information will be available mid-April.
