NCSD School-Based Health Centers
About Our School-Based Health Centers:
NCSD has four school-based health centers (SBHC) that serve students K-12. Licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and mental health specialists provide the following services:
- diagnosing and treating injury and illness
- comprehensive physical exams
- well child checks
- screenings (blood pressure and vision)
- laboratory tests
- immunizations
- mental or emotional health services
- referrals to specialty services as needed

This clinic is for all Clackamas County children who are uninsured, underinsured, or have the Oregon Health Plan. Most insurance companies can be billed. Children with Kaiser Insurance must go to Kaiser.
