If a parent/guardian submits an absence for a date they have already submitted or another parent/guardian of the student submitted an absence, you will receive a pop-up stating the Absence request already submitted for date xx/xx/xxxx and to contact the school if they would like to modify the requested days.

I submitted my student’s attendance, but I still received an absence call?

While we don’t currently have a cut-off time for submitting absences using your ParentVUE account, our schools do have a cut-off time for sending absence calls.  Our school cut-off time varies by school, so if you get a call it doesn’t mean we didn’t receive your submitted  student absence, it just means we received it after our attendance pull time.
