CARE Program School Year Lottery Process
2026-2027 Lottery is open now through Friday, June 5th
The CARE School Year Program is a lottery-based admission program. This lottery system is a random selection process for determining which students will attend. The lottery system aims to give all applicants an equal chance of being admitted. A lottery system only occurs when more students apply for enrollment than can be admitted.
It is important that you have registered at your neighborhood school because we will be accessing your student's information from there. If you have not registered at your neighborhood school, your lottery application will be invalid. Please verify that all information is correct and accurate.
The lottery will remain open until June 5th. Lottery results will be shared on Tuesday, June 9th, via email.
What happens if my student is selected by the lottery?
Families selected via the lottery process will receive an email with instructions on accepting their spot. This process will include creating an account in the CARE Program online portal and paying the $70 registration fee. Families will have two weeks to accept their spot in the program. If a family is offered a spot and does not accept it within the timeframe given, we will proceed with the next family on the waitlist.
What happens if my student is not selected by the lottery?
If all of the enrollment slots have been filled after the lottery, the students who were not selected will be added to a wait list. The lottery method will continue to determine in what order students will be put on the waitlist. The waitlist will be continuously updated as students are admitted.
2026/27 CARE Program Lottery Google Form Application:
All 2026/27 school year registrations will run through a Google Form Lottery application process. You will be able to register and create an account in EZChildTrack only if your waitlist application is accepted.
