Field and Facility Use Application Process

Seasonal Youth Athletic Groups:

Field and Facility Use applications are submitted seasonally to   Please see the calendar above for exact scheduled due dates.  General application due dates are as follows:

Fall use - due in August                                             Spring use - due in February
Winter use - due in October                                     Summer use - due in May


  • Applications submitted by the due date of each season will be assigned fields and facilities as equitably as possible. 
  • All changes and requests for additional use after application due date, must be submitted through Facilitron. 

Community Users (Includes Adult Athletic Groups, Scout Troops, Religious Organizations, Neighborhood Associations, Schools, Businesses, After School Programs)

Field and Facility Use reservation requests must be submitted through Facilitron.  For consideration of requests that exceed the current dates, please submit for as many days as Facilitron allows, then email to request additional dates and times.  If you are a new renter, we will need to determine your classification.  Please se fill out the below Classification Form for New Renters.

Important:  COVID-19 Vaccination Information

OAR 333-019-1030 was repealed 6/30/2023. COVID vaccinations are no longer a requirement for staff or volunteers.

Field and Facility Use Reservation Requests, Changes, and Cancellations Timelines

Please allow ten (10) business days to process your new reservation requests or changes.  We may try to process reservation requests or changes with less than 10 days notice, but it can be very difficult to find needed spaces and personnel to fulfill requests on short notice.

Reservation cancellations must be requested three (3) business days in advance for a refund.  If the School District must cancel your reservation due to inclement weather, building emergencies, inadequate staffing, or other such circumstances, you will receive a full refund for any dates the District cancels.
