Online Registration FAQ
MY STUDENT IS ALREADY ENROLLED IN A NORTH CLACKAMAS SCHOOL, DO I NEED TO ENROLL THEM FOR THE UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR?
A: No. If your student is already enrolled in a North Clackamas school, you DO NOT need to re-enroll them for the upcoming school year. However, we do ask you to verify and/or update your family and student's information each year. This is done through ParentVUE and is called Yearly Verification.
CAN I ACCESS THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM FROM MY SMARTPHONE OR TABLET?
A: Yes! You can access Online Registration through your ParentVUE app now!
HOW SECURE IS ONLINE REGISTRATION?
A: Online Registration uses 256-bit, secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect information. The technology is similar to that used in other industries such as health care and banking.
CAN I ENROLL OR VERIFY MORE THAN ONE STUDENT?
A: Yes. Parents/Guardians can enroll or verify multiple students in a household at one time. If you do not see all of your children in your ParentVUE, please contact your school. You may have duplicate parent accounts.
CAN I START THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS NOW AND FINISH IT LATER?
A: Yes. Before you submit an enrollment or verification, you can leave the online portal and log back in later to make edits or add more information.
ONCE MY ENROLLMENT OR VERIFICATION IS SUBMITTED CAN I GO BACK AND MAKE CHANGES BEFORE IT IS ACCEPTED OR DENIED?
A: No. In order to make changes to a submitted enrollment or verification that is in a "waiting" status, you will have to notify the school. The office staff can restart the registration and kick it back to you. Once your enrollment or verification has been accepted, then you can log into ParentVUE and re-submit additional changes throughout the year.
HOW DO I SCAN THE REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS IF I DO NOT HAVE A DESKTOP SCANNER?
A: You can capture documents by taking a picture of the paperwork with your smartphone/tablet and email the image file to yourself. There are also several, no-cost PDF Scanner apps available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Stores.
WHY IS MY STUDENT'S ENROLLMENT OR VERIFICATION IN A "WAITING" STATUS?
A: Office staff have not processed your submitted enrollment/verification yet.
Elementary and Middle school offices are closed during the month of July and enrollments and verifications will not be processed until office staff return. High School offices are open year-round but have fewer staff members processing enrollments and verifications during July.
WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER SUBMITTING AN ENROLLMENT OR VERIFICATION?
A: If you have not received an email confirmation after submitting an enrollment or verification, please review your junk or spam folder and mark firstname.lastname@example.org email addresses as safe.
HOW DO I ACCESS PARENTVUE NOW THAT MY CHILD HAS BEEN ENROLLED WITH THE NORTH CLACKAMAS SCHOOL DISTRICT?
A: As a North Clackamas parent you can use the same username and password you created for Online Registration to log into your ParentVUE account.
