Our Vision
All NCSD students participate in rigorous, high-quality education programs preparing them to be successful citizens of the larger community. NCSD Counseling facilitates student support through program practices and through partnerships between the school, family, and community.

*The term Counselor includes those in a position titled Child Development Specialist.

Our Mission
The mission of the counseling program of the North Clackamas School District is to facilitate meeting and enhancing students’ social, emotional, academic and career development.  By serving all students K-12, the counseling program provides age-appropriate services, removes barriers, and provides support that gives students the opportunity to follow their own path and discover new possibilities on the journey to graduation, college, and career.
